  • Legal Navigation Support

Many people of color, particularly Native, Indigenous, Black, and Latinx community members, elders, immigrants, and LGBTQ2SIA+ individuals face barriers to accessing legal support. Historically, the law has been used to harm marginalized, underrepresented communities through actions like land theft, cultural destruction, oppression of rights, and treaty violations, to name a few. While the law should protect inherent rights and reflect societal agreements, disparities in access and trust persist. We aim to address these gaps by sharing knowledge, demystifying processes, and offering legal referrals, connecting community members with culturally conscious lawyers who understand and value our resilience and responsibilities. Contact us if you need help in finding a lawyer.

  • Native and Indigenous Legal Practitioner Pathway

Legal practitioners with cultural connections to our Native and Indigenous communities are desparately needed. In an effort to support career pathways for Native and Indigenous students, N’dee Law LLC engages in a number of activities to provide information, mentorship, and community building. If you are a student, an educational institution, a law firm, or a person in the judiciary who would like to learn more about ways to participate or support, please contact us to learn more.
